Before I tried using it w/ setup.exe, I did notice that the folders
contain tar files, which I can download and untar but if that was how
one is expected to get it, a direct pointer to the file would have
sufficed. Perhaps that was the intent but I thought I should check if
setup.exe could be used. Thanks for clarifying.
