No worries, it's your call.  We just provide the Cygwin org for all of
us to share.  It would be a pity if it goes mostly unused.

I guess you'd need to discuss this with Bill.

In theory it doesn't matter, as long as the github space is open to
the public and the license is OSS compatible.
