I'm using an older gcc4 cross-compiler:

  % i686-cygwin-gcc4 --version
  i686-cygwin-gcc4 (GCC) 4.3.2 20080827 (alpha-testing) 1
  Copyright (C) 2008 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
  This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is NO

I'll update to the newest sometime soon.
