RE: X Locale

I did both, Installed the new snapshot, and also compiled the recent
snapshot myself.
The libraries were built again using Snapshot's libs and headers.
I assume it has something to do with SnapShot because same code
on other machine with Stcok B20.1 does not give these errors.
