Xwin needs rgb

To cygwin-free,
I downloaded the cygwin-xfree binary for B20 and
installed it. When I run the Xwin command to start
server it cannot find the rgb database under /usr/lib/X11
So, I downloaded the xc-1.tar.bz2, built the rgb.exe
from the source, went to the lib/X11 directory and used
the command 'rgb rgb < rgb.txt' to create the database.
The Xwin server will still not start. I have the link
/usr/lib/X11 to the /usr/X11R6.4/lib/X11 directory.
Is there something else I can do to make it work?
