Was not there a pixel folder? I do not know the latest releases.

Both have same effects? bitmaps problem on both? Then you could take
the problem to DDD mailing list.

That bitmap.exe will do not good for Exceed. Exceed has its
config files exceed\user. Check with Exceed URL
