Yes, I have xc/lib/dps but i have no xc/extras/pswrap.

What i should delete -lipc in cygwin.rules is not from #define MakeDLL?
I  cound not find #define Extralibraries in the in cygwin.rules but there is
-lipc in the #define MakeDLL.
