libGL Missing export symbols Fixes

libGL.dll and libGL.a were missing a couple of export
symbols. I uploaded a replacement (liGL-fix.tar.bz2)
in xc-4-binaries directory.
If you application linked to libGL.dll and crashes
with
error messages "Misisng export symbol glTexImage3D"
or "Missing export symbol glTexStubImage3D",
you must replace the libGL.dll and libGL.a from
libGL-fix.tar.bz2.
