Or, you could post this to the *cygwin* mailing list rather than the
cygwin-xfree mailing list where the author of setup.exe would probably
be happy to help you figure this out.
Or, you could even look at the sources for setup.c and figure it out for
yourself.
Either is preferable to posting problems with cygwin's setup to cygwin-xfree.
