Perhaps I have missed something, but are there any known issues with cygwin
1.1.8 and xfree86? I just upgraded from 1.1.4 to 1.1.8 and went from
having a working X distribution to one that basically doesn't work. I am
using Exceed for the X server and the system is NT4+SP6. I can launch
xterm from the command line and it will show up, but if I try to launch
xterm (or anything else for that matter) it just sits there, nothing
appears. I have upgraded X to the latest binaries. Nothing else seems to
be giving me problems. Will new binaries be coming out or should I try to
compile it on my own? There is only one cygwin1.dll in my $PATH. If you
need any other information let me know. Thank you.
