RE: Test 7 Questions

Try adding a -fullscreen parameter... see if that crashes or stays up.

Subject: Test 7 Questions

Hi,

I am trying out the Test 7 and facing some problems and was wondering if
someone has already faced similar problems (didn't seem to find any similar
problem on the mail-list archive)

My system is WinME (upgraded from Win98SE) running on DirectX 8.0 (G2K
E1400,
128MB RAM, Intel i860 4MB). I have downloaded 4.0.3 and the Test 7

I am using the following batch file:
****
@echo off
SET DISPLAY=127.0.0.1:0.0
SET PATH=%PATH%;\usr\X11R6\bin;\cygwin\bin;\cygwin\usr\bin
start XWin -screen 0 1024x768x16 -whitepixel 255 -blackpixel 0 -engine 3
start xterm -sl 1000 -sb -rightbar -ms red -fg yellow -bg black -e bash
start rxvt -fn "Lucidia Console-12"
start twm
****

once I start the batch, XWin loads properly and works for 10 to 20 seconds
and
then freezes. My screen is set at 1152x864 and 16bit color depth. Only XWin
window freezes.

Shams

PS How can I join the development team?
