Cygwin/XFree86 (GUI type) window shows:
An xterm window with title "-" (no quotes) on a green title bar.
I can run mutt inside the xterm window.
If I depress my left mouse button within the XFree86 window, a popup
menu appears, showing TWM as title, as expected.
