The good news : I got xwin32 installation working (was not placed under the
root of my drive, stupid me...)
The bad news : -query does not work on wxin32 either... Says "XServer :
Unknown host 129.227.62.246". (I believe this was already reported in
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/cygwin-xfree/2001-q2/msg00380.html )
And to answer Suhaib :
I am in the office, with no firewall between me and the Solaris server. BTW,
we use commercial XServer that work ok. And as I mentionned before, I do
have a previous version of XFree (4.0) on an NT box that manages to login
via XDCMP... (but no text shows up...)

Off topic PS : invoking xwin32 with -ac and -query causes a GPF...
