1) Go to http://cygwin.com
then to
2) "Development snapshots"
3)then download cygwin1.dll from April 14th,
4) from a DOS shell cd to \cygwin\bin and..
5) rename cygwin1.dll to cygwin1.dll-orig
6) copy cygwin1.dll from April 14th snapshot to cygwin\bin
you should be ok after that.
