Those ae MOTIF key binding errors from CDE.  You can fix them by setting
XKEYSYMDB in your ENV at Windows machine before starting XWIN.

SET XKeysymDB=c:\cygwin\usr\lib\X11\XkeysymDB  (for example).  It is
discussed in FAQ.
