Thanks very much.
I downloaded NEdit 5.1.1. If I run nedit.exe, I get
NEdit: Xlib: locale C not supported.
If I run nc.exe, I get "No servers available, start one (yes)?" although
the server is there.
usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/PEX/fonts.dir has 0 although the directory has
Roman.phont and Roman_M.phont. Sometimes I get the message "Can't get font
Roman_M.phont", and that is because they are not listed in fonts.dir.
Which files do we need to download for xfwm / xfce;
xfce3.4.4-cygwin.tar.bz2 or xfce3.4.4.tar.bz2?
Any comments are greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
George

nedit 5.1.1 is in contrib directory
xman does compile because during compilation it generates HTML man pages.
xload does not compile because cygwin does not support nlstype.h
