RE: 1.3.1 cygwin release



Alan is it only libuser32.a?

I have not tested with Cygwin 1.1.3 yet.  If that is the only library, how
about add to Cygwin.cf
#define ExtraLibraries /usr/lib/w32api/libuser32.a
