It should be safe to remove the line #define SharedLibXpm YES from
cygwin.rules. It should still compile as libXpm.dll. It is defined in
X11.tmpl. This should fix -lXpm problem which Andy mentioned for xeycap.
Thus no need to put in FAQ? Well, I have not tested it, yet.
