problems with xfre 4.0.3 and WinME

Hi all
I am getting all the binaries etc for th3 4.0.3 xfree cygwin
After all intallation etc I exec the following startwin
I get a x display but just with black diagonal lines in it

Have a look
Any help will be apreciated
