Can't find fixed fonts


Every time I try to start XWin with the standard BAT-File, I get the
following errors:

_XSERVTransmkdir: Owner of /tmp/.X11-unix should be set to root

winDetectSupportedEngines () - Allowing PrimaryDD

Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: 127.0.0.1:0.0
twm:  unable to open display "127.0.0.1:0.0"

I followed all installation-instructions, and my cygwin-root-dir really is
\cygwin, what schould I do? is there any font-package missing?
