There are couple of broken link of the main page. For example the
"Precompiled Binaries" refers to
ftp://mirrors.rcn.net/pub/sourceware/cygwin/xfree/xc-4-binaries/4.0.3
which is a non-existent directory. it should be
ftp://mirrors.rcn.net/pub/sourceware/cygwin/xfree/xc-4-binaries/4.1.0
