Harold asked me to move the startxwin.bat (for Windows NT), startxwin9x.bat
for Windows 9x/ME and startxwin.sh scripts to /usr/X11R6/bin instead of
/usr/X11R6/bin/startup-scripts. Those batch and shell scripts should be
consider as examples. I moved them to startup-scripts because I was getting
sick and tired of users complaining /B not found, rxvt not found, mxterm not
found... and none of them consider to read mail archives or consider to edit
a sample batch file for their use. Therefore I thought to move them to
startup-script directory with a Readme file that these are sample files and
users must edit them according to their ENV and installation.
