Even if you had a linux box, there would be
no guarantee that you had suitable xmodmap
files available.
linux boxen today, use xkbd (or kdb, letting
XFree86 inherit the setup done for the command
line).
However, the same place I fetched the Xmodmap.no
from, has an Xmodmap.uk. Maybe you could try
using this as a base, and hand editing it if needed?
