//.kde/share/apps/kfm/tmp/*':  This is an illegal path caused by the missing
HOME environment var.
It should be set to your home directory /home/administrator or so.
For setting this in startxwin.bat you are on your own, as this way of starting
kde isn't supported yet.
You should use instead the startkde1.bat in the cygwin root dir.
This call at first a bash shell, which sets alls this environment.
If you like to make the needed patches for startxwin.bat, do it and send it to
me.
