The patch works. I've placed a modified cygwin1.dll on
<http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~goal/xfree/cygwin1.fixed-netdev.dll> and the
patch on <http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~goal/xfree/cygwin.fixed-netdev.diff>.
The cygwin-dll is a patched 1.3.3 - the latest release. If you have problems
with xdmcp and the report no valid address, please try this dll.
Make a backup of your old cygwin1.dll and copy cygwin1.ls-netdev.dll to
cygwin1.dll.
