Shawn,
You want to run a remote session using XDMCP, which is briefly documented in
the Cygwin/XFree86 User's Guide:
http://xfree86.cygwin.com/docs/ug/using-remote-session.html
XDMCP is general to all X Window System servers, so you can look for
additional documentation elsewhere if you require more information.
