I am running cygwin/xfree on a Windows 2000 system and am experiencing a
condition in which all upper case letters are enforced in my X windows.
It is almost as if the shift key has been applied (typing a number
returns not the number but the shift function (*,%,$,#)). Exiting and
restarting cygin/xfree clears the condition.
Also, is there a way to cut and past back and forth between windows and
the X environment?
thank you,
Clark Cooper
