Phil,
There isn't much interest around here in getting compilcated browser
software to work with Cygwin/XFree86, as you can just as easily use IE,
Mozilla, Netscape, or whatever you choose directly in Windows, rather than
through the multiple layers of Cygwin/XFree86.
So, if you want to use an X web browser under Cygwin/XFree86, you'd better
be ready for the enjoyment of getting such a web browser to work. :)
Note: The kde-on-cygwin project may have Konqueror working.
