Go to the mailing list archives and re-read the announcements for Test58 and
Test59. Notice that the boilerplate text has changed regarding installing via
Cygwin's setup.exe. As of Test59 you no longer need to point setup.exe to the
cygwin/xfree/testing/ directory. In fact, if you do point setup.exe there
you'll only get old releases, such as Test58. I'll remove that directory
eventually so that people will realize that they are not doing the right thing
anymore.
