RE: [ANNOUNCEMENT] Server Test 78

I will take that into consideration the next time I make a release
announcement.  In fact, the only reason I wouldn't do anything about it is
if I forget to update the wording when I copy and paste from an old release
announcement.  That is correct, I do not have a template for those :)
