Another "Can't find libX11.dll" problem

I have been all over the internet, and found lots of people getting the
same error message as I am. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find
a solution that works for me. My appologies to anyone thinking "not
again".

I am running the most current version of Cygwin on a WIN2K machine.
When run locally, the X Window system seems to be working fine. At
least I do not get any pop-up error messages, and my X Window session
opens up and functions.

I am trying to use remote XDM on a Debian (Woody) system, where X is
also functioning locally.

Using the command:

"C:\Program Files\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin\XWin.exe" -query <IP of Debian
system>

with the start path of:

"C:\Program Files\cygwin\bin"

I get a pop-up telling me that it cannot find "libX11.dll".

After clicking on "OK", I get my XDM login screen, and everything works
perfectly. I just can't figure out how to get rid of that error pop-up.

Any ideas?
