If a (dll or .a) library is exporting any function which passes around
one of the types that have changed (uid_t, gid_t, off_t, ino_t, etc.)
then it won't work anymore. Really, only libraries have to be
recompiled unless you have a program that needs to manipulate a >2G
file.
