I think Cygwin/X does not support XInputExtension.
However, I believe the lack of it causes just nonfatal
warnings in most applications.
If you want to eliminate the warnings, you might need
to configure KDE/IceWM/apps not to use XInputExtension
or even need to recompile them without XInputExtension.
But I don't know if it is possible or not.
