Unable to start Xterm

Hi all,

I have been Displaying remote X clients with cygwin/X using the telnet
method. The server I'm trying to connect to does not have ssh for some
wierd reason. Anyways the problem is that I'm not able to get my xterm
running. I have included a copy of the error log.  I tried searching the
mailing list, but didnt hit up on solution. Please help.
