Cygwin/X error

Hi,
I have a trouble with the following situation.
When I run startxwin.bat on Cygwin,
Cygwin/X output the following message, and exited.
--
XWin was started with the following command-line:
/usr/X11R6/bin/XWin -multiwindow -clipborad -silent-dup-error
--
But I can't find XWin process by 'ps -ef'.
I can't find by Task Manager of Windows, neither.
If you know what I should do to start XWin normally,
please let me know
