I know...but I was unable to find it.
It is called fvwm, but it installs as /usr/X11R6/bin/fvwm2.exe. Heh.
Works now, thank you for your help. Apart from 10,000 error messages about not finding pixmaps [FVWM][scanForPixmap], and apart from the fact that configuring this is something for the hard-core guys only ...
cp /usr/share/X11R6/share/fvwm/system.fvwm2rc-sample95 ~/.fvwm2rc
(otherwise fvwm will not even bother to run at all)
... everything looks nicely now, although a bit "too" virgin (odd fonts, etc.)
But well, it works. :)

Yes, it is installed as well.
