1.5.21-1, setxkbmap -> Error setting swiss french keyboard

Since I updated to the mentioned version, I'm no more able to setup my
keyboard:

bash-3.1$ setxkbmap -rules xorg -model pc105 -layout fr_CH 
Error loading new keyboard description
bash-3.1$ setxkbmap -rules xorg -model pc105 -layout us   
bash-3.1$

US keyboard ist ok.

Going back to the cygwin version CYGWIN_NT-5.0 nodename
1.5.18(0.132/4/2) solved the problem.

Any similar experience and solution?
