You might try rebaseall for this.  Read the readme first though so you
know how to run it.

None of my searches show a faq or readme for rebaseall. 

$ ls /usr/share/doc/Cygwin/rebase-3.0.1.README
/usr/share/doc/Cygwin/rebase-3.0.1.README

There it is! ;-)
