The latest version on the ftp.franken.de server,
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/B20/cv_cygwin1.dll.tar.gz
_is_ already adapted from B20.1!

This will be done in a future release. The development target
for the B20.1 release was stability rather than extension in
functionality.
