At least on WinNT, I can unlink an open file when FILE_SHARE_DELETE is
included in the shared flag. Sorry, I don't have a W2K system handy.
Also, looking at cvsweb, FILE_SHARED_DELETE was only ever used if
os_being_run
was WinNT, so there should be no impact on Win9x.
