Cygwin's gcc targets Win32. It is possible to build cross-compilers using
Cygwin's gcc if you want though. Check the email archives for previous
comments/etc on this and look at Mumit Khan's site as pointed
to by http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/links.html.
