Hi,
I've just downloaded and installed cygwin and X and the vtwm window
manager. Everything went fine (which was a real surprise) until I tried to
start the manager. I used the startxwin.bat file to start it (no
modifications). My problem is this: when I try to type anything into the
xterm, it dissapears (the xterm, that is). I also have error messages in
my shell complaining about "failed to open input method" and "locale not
supported by C library, locale unchanged". I assume that the problem lies
with the input (from my keyboard), but I haven't got a clue about resolving it.
Please help!
Thanks,
