Re: autoconf


Please don't email me directly.  I am not the most knowledgeable person
concerning Cygwin, so you are more likely to get a prompt and accurate
response via the cygwin mail list.

The version of ash you downloaded was the [test] version.  There is nothing
wrong with it, but when you used setup to install, it only looked for
current versions unless you selected the 'Exp' Radio button.  All-in-all,
you would have been better off to have let setup.exe download your files
rather than doing it yourself.

If you run setup.exe again, and select 'Exp', you will probably find several
other packages that you may want to install.
