German Cygwin Newsgroup

Hello Cygwin users,

  Here's an information for those of you who speak german: In
  de.alt.admin I've suggested to found a Cygwin newsgroup under
  de.alt.*. Until now it seems as if this suggestion should pass, but
  still it would be great if those of you who like the idea could give
  a short positive comment.
