It seems that setup isn't ready for the sdesc and ldesc tags yet. I'm
using setup.exe-2.97 that I compiled a few days ago, and I get the
following complaint about those lines in the most recent setup.ini:
(I get the same error with the setup.exe on the cygwin.com webpage)
