There is no "log on" for Cygwin, unless you're connecting through
OpenSSH. Otherwise, the tools of Cygwin are as available to the
user of the machine as any other installed program. The security
model comes from whatever Windows provides. On NT/W2K/XP, there's
something to work with if you so desire. On 9x/Me, well, you know
the drill! ;-)
