Sorry for the waist of bandwidth...
But it shows how good the installation programme is,
but perhaps a few more details on the installation screen.

You should run setup.exe, select Devel, and click on the field next to
gcc until a version number shows up and let setup.exe install it (and
its dependencies) for you.
