RE: problem with a ssh server under cygwin

Before reinstalling all of Cygwin, you can attempt to reconfigure the
ssh files in /etc:
1. Shutdown your ssh server
2. Copy the files /etc/ssh* to a safe place to preserve them, if
desired
3. Run /usr/bin/ssh-host-config
4. If you didn't ask ssh-host-config to start a server for you, then
reinstall and restart the ssh server.
