GNU find in path before Windows find doesn't work

Hi,

I'm working with cygwin 1.3.12-4 and have the following Problem.
I set my PATH to

/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/cygdrive/c/oracle/817/bin:/cygdrive/c/Programme/Oracle/jre/1.1.7/bin:/cygdrive/c/oracle/des/bin:/cygdrive/c/oracle/dev/bin:/cygdrive/c/WINNT/system32:/cygdrive/c/WINNT:/cygdrive/c/WINNT/System32/Wbem:/cygdrive/c/oracle/dev/jdk/bin:/cygdrive/c/oracle/des_817/bin:/cygdrive/c/programme/vim/vim61:/cygdrive/c/Programme/jakarta-ant-1.4.1/bin:/cygdrive/c/Programme/j2sdkee1.3.1/bin:/cygdrive/c/Programme/j2sdk1.4.0_01/bin:/cygdrive/h/bin:/cygdrive/h/Privat/home/bin:.

when i try to execute then the first find in the path should be executed.
this is /usr/bin/find. That is the answer when execute which find.

But when I execute type find I get the answer
find is /cygdrive/c/WINNT/system32/find

How can this be? What is wrong?

I hope that someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

Franz
