The full, current source can be viewed on line at
http://sources.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/src/winsup/?cvsroot=src .
I think the w32api version is in src/winsup/win32api/include/win32api.h and
the mingw version is in src/winsup/mingw/include/_mingw.h .
